Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes into thick slices and arrange on a plate, overlapping slightly. Season with a little salt to taste.
  2. Add the fresh mozzarella and avocado slices on top and garnish with torn basil leaves.
  3. Drizzle over the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with pepper. Enjoy!
